The 41st National Veterans Creative Arts Festival closed out with an amazing gallery event and an astonishing live show at the world-class waterfront Mahaffey Theater in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. The Psi Zeta Phi Military Sorority has awarded two former volunteers of the Columbia VA Summer Student Program with the Tammy M. Finney Youth Scholarship: $1,500 to each.
